Their is a buzz on internet that Pratyusha Banerjee, the leading lady of “Balika Vadhu” will be replaced by Sriti Jha, but the makers have signed on Sriti for the show, not to play Anandi but as Jagya’s new love interest in the show.

In the show she will help Jagya to get out of depression after losing Anandi.

She has already worked in shows like “Jyoti” in NDTV Imagine and “Dil Se Di Dua… Saubhagyavati Bhava” in Life Ok.
