The production house which gave successful series of Comedy Circus is coming up with a daily soap ‘Saas Bina Sasural’ on Sony Entertainment Television.
The show is on the lines of Bollywood blockbuster Satte Pe Satta and boasts of veterans like Arvind Vaidya, Darshan Jariwala of Gandhi, My Father fame, Rajendra Chawla, Rishi Khurana of Chhoti Bahu fame and Meghan who played lord Krishna in Shri Krishna.

Aishwarya aka Toasty’s New Jersey visit – The pretty, super tall, & successful actress Aishwarya Sakuja aka Toasty from Sony’s Saas Bina Sasural is riding high. She was invited as the Chief guest by Indian Community in New Jersey for the Diwali bash in October. The actress didn’t believe that she was invited but soon got over her surprise and was thrilled to represent her country.

Saas Bina Sasural achieves 200 landmark – Sony TV’s popular comedy-drama show Saas Bina Sasural completed 200 episode and the lead stars Aishwarya
Sakhuja aka Toasty and Ravi Dubey aka Tej couldn’t help grinning.
As the Saas Bina Sasural’s storyline has been taken from ‘Satte Pe Satta”, its about Seven brothers who are wary of females. It is also on the lines of Akshay Khanna and Kareena Kapoor starrer Hulchul. Arvind plays the role of the grandfather who is the patriarch of the family, Darshan plays his son who is a widower. His wife dies after giving birth to their fifth son. Rajendra’s wife too leaves him in matter of six months. Rishi’s character is that of a man who vows never to get married. He is always into yoga and prayers. The third son named Tej Prakash is the main hero of the family who apparently is in love with a girl and Meghan plays the youngest son.
Saas Bina Sasural which is expected to launch from October 18th will take the slot of 10 pm.

I am watching Saas bina Sasural and it is a neat lovely family story. Congratulations.
Yesterday I have seen the episode showing the girl’s parents going to the boy’s house . My objection is that they should not have insulted the small boy who was sweeping the floors ,entering there wearing their foot wear inside. Indian culture is not that. Upto this time the girl’s parents were shown as ideal but here it sent a wrong message across the world.Let not the serial deteriorate in its values.
