Khatron ke Khaladi, the Indian version of popular stunt series Fear Factor is won by Nethra Raghurama. The show started 4 weeks back and was shown on the new Indian channel “Colors”. The participants were 13 actresses and models and the show was hosted by the Stunt King from the Bollywood, Akshay kumar.

Throughout the show, all the girls showed great courage to perform all the stunts, baring 1-2 girls (do not want to name them here, they probably know themselves). However the top amongst them were Nethra Raghuraman, Yana Gupta (unfortunately she got eliminated in one of the events), Pooja Bedi, who spoke a lot throughout the show, but managed to do all the stunts very well. Apart from them, Uravashi Sharma too performed very well and took most of the safety belt (this belt allows you to skip your stunt and go to next round). All the stunts were performed in South Africa. All the stunts were well designed and as said before, all the girls performed very well. Each girl had a mission with them; they had one personal from Army, for whose dreams they were competing.

The Final episode was between Aditi Govitrikar, Urvashi Sharma and Nethra Raghuraman. The first stunt was to pass through a series of fire barricades and there again Urvashi emerged winner, followed by Nethra. Aditi came last, and accordingly she could not qualify for the last Stunt.

The last stunt was the most exciting one, though both of the finalist performed very well and in faster time. The stunt was to take the car on the truck barring obstacles that was created by the opponent. However in the last stunt, Urvashi Team started their stunt before the starting signal, which resulted in 30 seconds penalty. Nethra completed the stunt in 9 seconds and Urvashi was close behind at 11 seconds (without adding their penalty timings).

The stunts in the show ranged from jumping from the helicopter, high-rise building walking, bi-cycling on a very thin panel between two high rise, sleeping on bed of rats, finding the fruits between arrays of snakes and other creepy-crawlies, under water activities and many more.

We salute Nethra and Urvashi for their great act. Congratulations to Nethra for winning Indian Fear Factor – She is really Khatron ke Khiladi!
