Mallar is already a hot favorite with his stunning performance “Mitwa” song from the movie “Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (KANK)” on Star Voice of India -2. Hailing from West Bengal, Mallar says he can live without food but needs music everyday to live. His confidence at the stage was tremedous and made the judges immediately perdict that he will be going a long long way in this show.

Star Voice of India – 2, which went on air from 19th July 2009 has 24 contestants from 24 different states. The judges are Ace singer “Sukhwinder Singh”, Music Director “Monty Sharma” and music composer “Ismail Darbar”. The show will be hosted by none other than the super-talent, multi-faceted singer-Shaan.

The results will be based 50% on the judges marking and 50% on Public voting. The finals will be based on voting will be 100% public.
