“Somebody is watching you, bachke rehna tu…” that’s how the Bigg Boss season 2 started and Shilpa Shetty made a grand entry. The much awaited show Bigg Boss season 2 is on. The show started with Shilpa showing the house, where the inmates will live for 84 days. The house received the much required face-lift and the best area to look out is the bedroom. It’s bigger and better and read this – the Boy’s and Girl’s bedroom are side by side separated by just a MIRROR WALL. Wow, more controversies and sizzling. There are night vision cameras as well, so switching off light will not help. Swimming pool, GYM and living room are all well decorated.
Interestingly, this time there is no bathroom in the house! What? Yes no bathroom inside the house! They are outside the house and have cameras until the washbasin area. The cameras seem to be very sophisticated to catch each and every gossip.

  • Monica Bedi – Bollywood Actor, but more known as Ex-wife of Abu Salem
  • Raja Choudhary (better know as Shweta Tiwari’s husband) – Participant in Dance Based Reality Show
  • Rakhi (not sawant) but sweeti of Hum Punch fame
  • Rahul Mahajan (Politican Late Mr. Pramod Mahajan’s son)
  • Sambhavna Seth – Item Girl, said to be Helen of Bhojpuri Film
  • Eshaan Qureshi – Stand up Comedian!
  • Eleena Mallya – Singer (21 yrs old – the youngest)
  • Payal Rohatgi – Bollywood Actor, more know for her sizzling roles.
  • Debojit Saha – Sa re ga ma pa challenge 2005 winner
  • Ashutosh – MTV Roadies 5 Winner
  • Sanjay Nirupam – Congress MP
  • Jade Goody – Ex-Big Brother Contestant
  1. Ketki Dave - The famous Aara Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra Gujarati girl from Kyunki Saas bhi Kabhi Bahu thi is looking for similar kind of atmosphere she had on kyunki, but Ketki-ji, this will be too different. This is a reality show, not television show and you cannot even walk of the show as you did with Ekta’s Kyuki. Ketki performed on the song from the movie Parineeta to make her presence left. When asked what she has planned, she said that no plans and she will just speak whatever comes in mind. Ketki came with her family and before going inside the house she said she is in high spirits and will continue that till the time she is there. Well, let’s wait and watch.
  2. Zulfi Syed - Model, actor and the smart shy stud made a grand entry and we guess he will look forward to gather some fame through this show. He has worked on a movie called Taj Mahal (we do not know when did it came and went). He just said it’s the first time he will be away from his friends for this long, but will see how it all goes.
  3. Monica Bedi - Through this show Monica Bedi is coming back to the entertainment world, 8 years to be precise. She has seen the most ups and downs in life. First her studies in Norway, then her love for bollywood brough her to Mumbai, a couple of movies and she vanished. Where? She was with Abhu Salem, dreaded Gangster. She was then caught in Protugal with Salem and went through hell of life. Monica rightly said she does not feel any big challenge as she has been through worse hell in life. We are sure many inmates would like to know about her past and the production team right choose her to reveal more gossips.
  4. Raja Choudhary – Raja better know as Ex-husband of Shweta Tiwari (Prerna of Kaasuati Zindagi Ki) was all in news for her problems with his wife Shweta and the matter went to court. Raja started on an emotional note saying that he is doing all these for his daughter Palak and probably she might understand that he was not wrong. Hmmm, we understand your feelings, we will see what all you have to say about your relationship with your wife and the problems you had!
  5. Rakhi Tandon – She started as Sweety of Hum Punch and then appeared in one or two TV serials after which she disappeared. When asked whats the plan, she said she wants to have a blast, chill out and make a family out of the inmates. Rakhi, you want to make family? Easy said, you will see how bitchy the whole thing goes in matter of days. And if it does not go bitchy phir Bigg Boss ka kya maaza!
  6. Rahul Mahajan – Rahul came into news after his alleged drug party issue, but recently he was in news because of his problematic marriage life and finally divorce. He is said to be Flamboyant and rich-family-spoilt brat. Shilpa rightly about him – how will you cope up with no servants, no helpers, everything has to be done by you. On that Rahul said, he is the BOSS of himself and will see how things goes. Hmm, Mr Mahajan, yahan thoda sambhal kar. The whole India is watching and media will not leave converting slightest gossip into a bigg issue, I mean big issue. Lets see!
  7. Sambhavna Seth – Said to be Item girl and reigning queen of Bhojpuri Film and perhaps perfect replacement of Kashmera Shah of Season 1 of Big Boss. She came with a bang wearing sizzling dress and immediately started her nautanki on the song “Dilwalo ke dil ka karaar lootne.. UP Bihar lootne”. She is said to be very short tempered and before checking in she said “if bigg boss does not mind she can give everyone a good one”. She also entered the house in typical nautanki style and seemed to be very excited. When Zulfi told this is boy’s room and that’s girl room, she said she wants to go to the boy’s room! Wow, she already created sizzles!
  8. Eshaan Qureshi – Stand up comedian who has this habit of dragging the last word and making comic peotry out of anything. We are thinking what if he starts his comic act everyday and the inmates has to bear his poetry everyday?
  9. Eleena Mallya – No much details available except for the fact she is 21 yrs old and has typical western accent. As soon as she was inside the house Rahul took incharge. Hmm, whats cooking Rahul?
  10. Payal Rohatgi – Needs no introduction, she has done all good “C” grade bollywood movies and has charmed the audience with her steamy acts. With Rahul, Zulfi and Raja as the inmates we can expect some flirty and steamy gossips (and acts?). As usual, Rahul escorted her to her room. Hmmm Rahul, Payal ko bhi nahin choda?
  11. Debojit Saha - Winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005, Debojit is a very calm and composed person. He started with a bang song “bachna ae hassino”. No much idea what he’s gonna do, but definitely we will see some musical stuff as well.
  12. Ashutosh Kaushik – MTV Roadies 5 winner, a Dhabha owner who straight forward talks helped him win the MTV Roadies title, was a surprise entry. Apart from the fact he speaks straight and typical UP language, it will be good for the inmates as he can really prepare good food. Rahul as a good House Manager guided him through all the corners of the house. Will be see how Ash manages Rahul’s attitude!
  13. Sanjay Nirupam - This again was a very surprise package, a politician inside Bigg Boss house? Will be very interesting to see how a politician adjusts to a closed life with people from different walks of life. But does that means we will have daily Bhashan (speech) from him? If that’s the case, you will not be very favorite Sanjay-ji!
  14. Jade Goody - First International inmate for Bigg Boss and this is the third time she is going into Big Brother like show. She came into news with her racial remarks on Shilpa, which eventually helped Shilpa to win the Big Brother title. We will see how she goes with Eleena, Payal in particular and Sambhavna. Man, this is gonna be too much to digest…

Rahul Mahajan acted Manager for the house. He guided each inmate from bedroom to bathroom. Looks like he wants to take control of building good rapport with each of them.

Shilpa at the end bolted the door with a BIGG LOCK. So that’s how the first day went. We see the inmates as a very good combination of reality show artists to politicians to items girls. The show goes live from today and will be telecasted every day at 10 PM IST. Keep checking us for discussing on how each day went for Bigg Boss!
