FAQ

General Rules:

  • The Contest is open only to citizen of India who is above 18 years of age.
  • Their main source of income cannot come from preparing and cooking fresh food in a professional environment.
  • Persons must enter the competition on their own behalf and entry(ies) by proxy will not be accepted.
  • Permanent and/or contract employees and directors of STAR, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “STAR Entities”) and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.
  • For complete information must visit official site of Star TV or Master Chef India.

Audition Procedure:

  • Applicant should fill all the details carefully and must be right in registration form.
  • After form submission, a confirmation mail and auditions schedule will be send to them on their submitted email ID.
  • On the day of audition, applicant should be their at venue on time with his/her prepared dish.
  • Dishes will be submitted there, and will taste by judges.
  • And then the selection will happen on the basis of judges’ decision.

MasterChef India 2 ends on January 1, 2012 with Akshay Kumar as the celebrity guest-judge on the show. Now all his fans are desperately waiting for the announcement of the next season to be made. However some reports do suggest that the ‘Master Chef Season 3′ would be launched sometime in 2012 but the host for season 3 has not yet been  finalized. Let’s cross our fingers and hope that it would be the original action man Akshay Kumar this time too!
