There’s also one more parallel trend observed on television is that of the realistic serials which deal with social issues of child marriage, Girl child infanticides, Women rights and more.

The latest shows which are getting aired on the prime channels do not have actors flaunting heavy makeup or jewelery, neither the same old Ghar Jhagda. Think the media guys have got the right click to keep their fans intact in front of the television as it being the most influential mode of media.
