Maximum Entertainment Pvt.Ltd’s new daily comedy Serial “Hi! Padosi… Kaun Hai Doshi?” is ready to be aired from 24th January 2011 instant viewers can enjoy this Ankur Joshi and Kamlesh Bhanushali produced and Sunil Prasad directed serial Monday to Friday at 7:30 P.M. on Sahara One.
One of the many U.S.P’s of the serial is king of character roles Kader Khan’s return to TV with this one.

Sejal to die in Hi! Padosi Kaun Hai Doshi? – Hi! Padosi Kaun Hai Doshi on Sahara One will take a scary twist this week with a baba predicting Sejal’s (Sanjeeda Sheikh) death. This has the entire family in a flurry with everyone trying to save her life. A source reveals, “A fake baba predicts Sejal’s death in order to make some quick money from her family. The family falls into his trap by Sejal is determined to expose the truth.” Sanjeeda adds, “Yes the baba track will be happening this week.” Speaking about the show she says, “The best part about Hi! Padosi Kaun Hai Doshi is that there is a new story every week and I love my role as Sejal.”
It’s a story of two neighbors’ with living on the same floor. One is Gujarati Hansmukh Lal Mehta and another one Harvansh Lal Mehta is from Punjab. As the name plates of both carries the same initials i.e. H.L.Mehta, it creates a confusion for everyone…and the confusion leads to situation full of laughter.
Punjabi family has Govind Khatri, Nilu Kohli and Giriraj Kabra and Gujarati family consists of Muni Jha, Sejal Shah and Sanjeeda Sheikh. The plot where the building is now standing once happened to be Kader Khan tabela (buffalo shed).
It’s directed by Sunil Prasad, before this he has directed many serials like `Banegi Apni Baat’, ‘Shaanti’, ‘Shagun’, ‘Kum kum’ etc & Bhojpuri film like ‘Mai Rey Karde Bidai Hamaar’, ‘Dulha Milal Dildar’, ‘Maati’, ‘Jab Lahu pukarela’ & many more. On his comedy caper the serial director Sunil Prasad says, ” It’s a comedy serial and I have tried tried to show how confusion creates trouble for a simple man.
Sanjeeda Sheikh is playing the character of Sejal in serial .Before this she did a hit serials like ‘Nimmo Ka Kya Hoga?’, ‘Kayamat’, ‘Jaane Pehchane Se Ajnabi’etc.
