When we just thought we had enough of nonsensical reality shows and saas-bahu drama, there came one good Channel that has a blend of all good shows. From “Balika vadhu” to “Bigg Boss Season 2″, from “Jai Shri Krishna” to “Bandhan Saat Janamon Ka”, “Khatron ke Khiladi” to “Mohe Rang De” each one is unique in its own way and reminds of the Golden days of Indian Television when we had serials and soaps from “Ramayan”, “Mahabharat”, “Buniyaad” and “Yeh Jo Hain Zindagi”.

Of course topping the list and popularity is Bigg Boss 2, reality show where 14 people from different background and holed up for 84 days (one member gets evicted each week). The show involves real drama, gossips, fights, adjustments by these inmates. The show is hosted by Shilpa Shetty, winner of Big Brother UK 2005. Incidentally, Bigg Boss is an Indian Version of Big Brother Series.

Amongst the daily soaps and serials are “Balika Vadhu – Kachchi Umar Ke Pakke Rishte“, “Bandhan Saat Janamon Kaa“, “Jeevan Saathi Hum Safar Zindagi Ke“, “Rahe Tera Aashirwaad” and “Mohe Rang De“.
