Akshay Sethi, who plays the guy opposite Aham’s sister in ‘Saath Nibhaana Saathiya’ on Star Plus, is not happy. A source reveals that Akshay’s negative character is no longer an interesting part of the show. The character has lost its sheen and is not shaped up as was supposed to be by the creative unit.

Confirming the information from the source, the actor now says that he is going to quit the serial on Star Plus. He adds that he took up the role as it was supposed to be running parallel to the lead roles but later it turned negative. But that’s not all. Sethi feels that his character of Deepak, Radha Basu’s son in ‘Sasuraal Genda Phool’, was much appreciated by everyone and, therefore, plans to make a comeback on that show.

Perhaps Sethi feels that this would a wise career-move. One can only wait and watch which Star Plus show he ends up on after all.
