Aamir Khan and Star India CEO Uday Shankar, was honoured for creating awareness against social discrimination through the issue-based reality show “Satyamev Jayate” on Thursday 18th Oct 2012.

During its 13-week run, the show highlighted compelling tales from everyday life.

Apart form Aamir and Uday the ceremony was also saw the presence of several political leaders.
