Casting Abhishek and his illustrious Bachchan father as son and father was seen as too predictable. In a film that marks the return of Telugu director Puri Jagannath to Bollywood, Sonu Sood, and not Abhishek, has been cast as Big B’s son.

Post Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi’s gangster look in their newly launched movie Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai both the actors have been roped by the channel UTV Bindass for their popular reality show called ‘Emotional Attyachar Season 2’. They will be seen in the first episode of the show’s second season.

Striker is a forthcoming 2010 Hindi action-drama film written, directed and produced by Chandan Arora. Movie stars Siddharth of Rang De Basanti fame and Padmapriya, debuting in Bollywood, in lead roles with Vidya Malvade, Nicolette Bird, Anupam Kher, Seema Biswas and Aditya Pancholi essaying supporting roles. Striker is  scheduled for release on 5 February 2010.

Ishqiya is a forthcoming Bollywood movie starring Arshad Warsi, Vidya Balan and Naseeruddin Shah in the lead roles.
