The Gr8! Women Achievers Awards 2009 held its 8th annual function on the lawns of the ITC Grand Maratha on Tuesday, February 24 in Mumbai. The awards were given in 21 different categories to women achievers from all over the country. The event was attended by some very prominent celebrities like Aamir Khan, Kumaramanglam Birla, Yash Chopra, Hurman S Baweja, Roop Kumar Rathod, Alka Yagnik, Prem Chopra, Farah Khan and many others.
