Bachahan FamilyAmitabh Bachchan bags the 57th National Film Awards for his brilliant performance in Balki’s ‘Paa’ and he arrived in Delhi with his entire family to collect the award from the president of India Pratibha Patil. This would be Big B’s fourth National award.

Hosted by Javed Jaffrey and Divya Dutta, the event saw quite a few Bollywood personalities. Abhishek Bachchan collected the award for his father. In ‘Paa’, he played father to Mr. Bachchan. Big B played 13 yr old boy suffering from rare disease progeria.

Apart from Amitabh, Arundhati Nag, who played Amitabh’s grandmother in the film collected the award for the Best Supporting Actress. Amitabh Bachchan received a standing ovation.
