Deepika Padukone was present along with UB Group chairman Vijay Mallya at the launch of the new reality show to be telecasted on MTV. Incidently, Deepika is the brand ambassador of Kingfisher. The show will see twenty girls getting short listed through auditions, at the end of which four will be selected to become the speed divas for the Force India team.

A special CBI court in Ghaziabad has pronounced death sentence for Nithari case convicts Moninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli. Pronouncing the sentence, Special Judge Rama Jain held that their crime fell in the “rarest of rare” category deserving capital punishment.

The leading lady of Slumdog Millionaire, Freida Pinto is also the leading stylish lady of the world! Recently, Elle magazine named her one of the top best dressed women.  Before the honour by Elle she was also named the best dressed by Vogue.
