The macho man of Bollywood Salman Khan will soon be seen in an epic love story movie “Veer“. The movie set in the historic year 1880. After ‘Jodha Akbar‘ this is yet another epic love story based Bollywood movie. The movie stars Mithun Chakraborty, Salman Khan, Sohail Khan and Jackie Shroff in lead roles.

The movie is directed by Anil Sharma and is slated to release early next year on 22nd January 2010. You can watch out for some mind blowing action as Salman is said to have fought with a lion in the movie. Veer Movie - First Look

Plot:

Very few details on the plot have been released. However, the director has said “Veer is a period film with an epic feel. It’s set in 1880s. It’s a big film being produced by Eros, there are so many details to be ironed out first,” However, there has been speculation that Khan will be playing a warrior of some type. It is the love story of the warrior who belongs to the Pindari race. They fight for the justice against the British forces along with the warrior Veer to get his girlfriend.

* Salman Khan: To fit the role of a warrior, Khan increased his weight one and a half times.
* Mithun Chakraborty: He is Salman & Sohail’s father in the film.
* Sohail Khan: He is a supporting warrior of Salman Khan.
* Jackie Shroff: Plays the villain in the movie as a king and father of the Heroine.
