This movie is light comedy and love story directed by well-known director Madhur Bhandarkar. Madhur Bhandarkar known as realistic filmmaker and directed many hit movies like Chandini Bar, Page-3, Corporate, Traffic Signal, Fashion and Jail.

Naren (Ajay Devgan), Milind (Omi Vaidya) and Abhay(Emraan hashmi) are the centric characters in this film and have their own love encounters. Naren is a bank manager in a multi national company. He falls in love with June (Shazhan padmasee) on his first look and tries to impress her in different way. He changes his lifestyle and the dressing sense and also the looks and hair style for his love.

Milind works for a matrimonial website where he searches for his love as well, while doing his work. He finds his dream girl named Gungun (Shraddha das), who is working as a radio jockey in a famous radio station.

Abhay alias Abby is a womanizer, who loves to philander with girls and has no interest in true love. He works as a trainer in a gym and there is tries his hands on all the woman clients he likes.

What happens in the end is a climax with suspense? The movie is a comedy filled romance filled love based entertainer.
