Brazilian model Nathalia Kaur to shake her leg with Tollywood actor Nagarjuna in a racy item song from “Bhai”, directed by Veera Bhadram.

The actress, who made her film debut as item girl in RGV’s “Department” moved on to the south to make a film career.
