We almost forgot Vivek Oberoi on the silver screen. The last notable performance of Vivek Oberoi as “Maya” was in “Shootout at Lokhandwala”. But here he is again in a new look which promises to revive his “Chandu” image from the blockbuster “Company”.

And it is none other than Ram Gopal Varma who is relaunching Vivek as “Paritala Ravi” in his ambitious forth coming flick “Rakta Charitra”.

“After thinking hard on every actor both known and unknown, I finally zeroed in on Vivek Oberoi as the most ideal choice to play “Paritala Ravi”. Varma, who has almost finished the shoot of Agyaat and is busy wrapping up Rann, said. Good move Ramu.
