It is Harman’s second movie after his biggest Flop debut ‘Love Story 2050?. With some Big Hits in the past for Cricket based movies like Iqbal, Lagaan etc, it should not be difficult for a new Star like Harman Baweja to prove his talent in genre which the audience likes.The movie is expected to release by the year end.

Its a movie about a boy (Harman) who realizes his dream of playing Cricket for India. Amrita Rao would be playing the lead actress role and Anupam Kher will be playing the role of Harman’s father in the movie.

“Cricket is a sport that is a year-round celebration. It is the lifeline of India, which is put across very well in the songs of my film,” Mangat said.

The International players to make the debut in the movie are;

Australian cricketer’s Brett Lee, Mike Hussey, Allan Border and Jason Gillespie.

English players Sajid Mahmood and Simon Jones.

New Zealand Craig McMillan, Daryl Tuffey, Nathan Astle and Martin Crowe

Indian Cricket Team (Dinesh Kartik, Yousuf Patan, RP Singh, Praveen Kumar etc) will also be involved.

“We are a nation that might get disappointed by a loss, but the very next day we get glued to the TV screens again for the next match. So I have just made a film about the same obsession for the game,” he added.
