Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan have been summoned by the Andheri District Court to appear in the court for the hearing of the case filed by Manoj Kumar on “Om Shanti Om” humiliating scenes . In relation to the defamation case filed by veteran actor Manoj Kumar, Shahrukh Khan and Gauri was asked to appear in the court. Along with them, Farah Khan was also being asked to remain present before it on February 22 for Om Shanti Om where Manoj Kumar’s replica played by SRK was shown beaten up by police guard when he tried to enter the movie premiere. If Shahrukh and Farah fail to appear in court they will get a non bailable warrant against them.

The Tragic King was deeply humiliated for that derogatory scene of beating and reacted strongly about it in a big way. Though Farah and Shahrukh applogizes the actor for their wrong, Manoj Kumar did not rest in the peace. The makers tried to convince him in many ways but failed to do so and ultimately Manoj Kumar dragged the trio to the court.

Andheri court issued notice to Cine star Shah Rukh Khan on Manoj Kumar’s petition about some objectionable scenes about in his home production film Om Shanti Om.

Manoj Kumar’s allegation against them is that they had lowered their image and reputation in front of all. To compensate the lost image, he demanded rupees and insisted deletion of that particular objectionable scenes from Cds and DVDs.

The issue was considered to be resolved when Shahrukh along with Farah, Ghauri Khan visited Manoj’s home last year. Farah had confirmed that the legend star didn’t have any problem with the movie clips. While Manoj Kumar few months ago said that he was assured by Farah and Shahrukh about removing the controversial scenes from movie but they had still not cleared.

The living legend of Bollywood, Manjor Kumar filed two more cases again the Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan. Manoj Kumar had earlier won the case on same issue, the judge ordered Farah Khan, Sharukh and his company to delete the secenes of “Om Shanti Om” where Kumar have been shown as beaten by security guard.

Lets hope this issue come to an end & both side pen down this story in a good note. But this Legends deserve big respect & should not be humiliated infront of the next Generation in order to gain personal mileage & sucess. We should look them with much more Dignity & respect.
