Parineeti Chopra and Siddharth Malhotra starrer the movie named as “Hasee Toh Phasee”, Karan took micro-blogging site to reveal the movie name.

The film will be co-produced by Anurag Kashyap’s Phantom Films and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. It will be directed by debutent director Vinil Matthew.

After the success of “Student Of The Year”, this will be Siddharth’s second movie with Dharma Productions.
