Madhur Bhandarkar is known to be a realistic film-maker, an award winning director, Madhur has made powerful dramas like Page 3, Corporate and Traffic Signal. He is now ready with ‘Fashion’ – his take on the dark side of the glamorous fashion world.

Fashion tells the story of a girl from a small town who dreams to make it big in the world of fashion and glamour. Famous for bringing to the public the darker side of the rich world, Fashion has got the fashionists worried that it might generate negative vibes about the industry.

“The fashion fraternity need not be afraid of my film. They have doubts over what I have shown in the film about their industry. But I’m sure they won’t be disappointed and their fears will be gone once they watch the movie,” Bhandarkar said in an interview.

Fashion depicts the journey of the country’s number one supermodel Meghna Mathur played by Priyanka Chopra, it describes her highs and low, relationship, love and friendship and in the process uncovers the darker aspect of the fashion industry. The film also stars Arjan Bajwa,Mughda Godse and Kangana Raut.
