Konkona Sen Sharma, who recently divorced with her husband Ranvir Shorey,  is reportedly playing vampire role in upcoming movie “Ek Thi Daayan”, directed by Kannan Iyer.

Apart from her the movie also features Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin and Huma Qureshi in the lead role.

The trailer of the movie received positive reviews and grabbed the mindsets of the audiences.

The film is scheduled to be released on 18 April 2013.
