Deepika Padukone replace Kareena Kapoorin Ekta Kapoor and Karan Johar ’s upcoming untitled venture.

In the movie Deepika will be share screen space opposite Bollywood kissing master Emraan Hashmi.

Earlier it was reported that Kareena will be playing lead in the movie but later she had politely bowed out when heard that Emraan would be playing the male lead.

The reports also suggest that Kareena was not happy with her role. She also told Ekta and Karan that her wedding would be around the same time they wanted to start shooting for the film.

And finally the role came to Deepika and she accepts what Kareena has rejected.
