Advocate Rizwan Siddiquee had filed a complaint Balaji Telefilms and its managing director Shobha Kapoor and director Ekta Kapoor for allegedly not paying fees as professional charges.

Siddiqui had filed a complaint in the Andheri court in 2010, alleging that he had not been paid Rs 30,000 professional fees for services rendered with regard to certain agreements for Balaj Motion Pictures’ film ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’.

The petition of Balaji Telefilms has been admitted by the High Court and posted for hearing on October 31.
