Aan(1952): This was the first film in color produced by veteran producer director Mehboob Khan. The film was a fantasy set in an imaginary kingdom wher kings ruled and sword fencing was the norm. Dilip Kumar played a swashbuckling swords man who wins the love of the princess played by Nadira. The film had lovely songs and Dilip Kumar's performance was par excellence. His scene where he wins the fencing match and stands before the princess is even now a delicate presentation.
