Bollywood veteran actor Rajesh Khanna’s live in partner Anita Advani filed new case against Rajesh’s wife Dimple Kapadia, his son-in-law and actor Akshay and his two daughters Twinkle and Rinki for allegedly throwing her out of his bungalow.

Earlier in November 2012 Advani had filed a domestic case, which was later challenged by Kapadia in Bombay High Court and was consequently quashed.

She also admits that the late superstar’s signature was vigorously taken on the will although he was not medically fit to sign it.

According to Advani’s lawyer Manohar Shetty said that his client has audio and video proof of the incidents which they will show in the court.
