Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is likely to star opposite Shahrukh Khan in her comeback film, “Happy Birthday” directed by Sriram Raghavan.

The movie previously planned by Raghavan a few years ago with Aishwarya Rai and John Abraham in leading roles. However, the project could not materialize back then.

Sriram plans to start the pre-production of his new movie once ‘Agent Vinod’ releases on March 23.
