blue movieThe movie “Blue” starring Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Lara Dutta, Sanjay Dutt and Zayed Khan has definitely created a lot of curiosity with its first look. The movie looks technically very strong, no less to any Hollywood action flick. The film is the first under water Bollywood movie to be shot and is a big budget movie.

It is directed by Anthony D’Souza and is scheduled for release in 16th October 2009. The film was written by American writers Joshua Lurie and Bryan M. Sullivan. Hollywood Actress and Grammy award winner Kylie Minogue makes a guest appearance in the film ( Chiggy Wiggy song). Academy award winner music director A. R. Rahman has composed the music. The film plot revolves round three friends (Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Zayed Khan) try to find a treasure which is lost undersea and guarded by sharks.
