“After the New Year, the demand for upcoming models and actresses has gone down. But the agents who work for us keep updating the list of girls,” said Vivek Garg from SoulCast Escort Service, who promptly mailed MiD DAY a bunch of “fresh photographs”.

“If we don’t refresh our list of girls regularly, we will lose our elite customers. We have customers who have been coming to us for long and they keep looking for new girls,” Garg added.

For example, Garg said he had on his list, a Mumbai model, who had won the Miss World Wella Paris title in 2007. She has been put up at a popular Chhatarpur farmhouse and her rate for a couple of hours is Rs 50,000, excluding room charges. To spend a night with her you will have to shell out a lakh. But her charges were almost double the amount during the yearend.

Garg agreed that rates have dipped after the New Year high. Now, the minimum charge for spending a night with a starlet starts from just around Rs 25,000, down from the lakhs they were commanding just a fortnight ago.

“There is no upper limit, though, as people are ready to spend lakhs for a single night of fun,” added Garg.

Most of these models are put up at Chhatarpur farmhouses, which agents consider to be safe. However, to avoid any risk and the police, they sometimes scatter the girls in farmhouses along highways near the Capital
