Maan Gaye Mughl-e Azam is a movie about a small town drama company. They get somehow involved in a mission to save the country post-1993 Babri Majid Incident. The story is plotted in a small town near
Goa, where everyone is on high alert based on daily bomb blasts and news of terror activities. On the other hand, the drama company is a self-made dreams of many aspiring actors, who lands up only doing the old play “Mughal-E-Azam” again and again. This is where they come to know that an underworld don is planning every bomb blast in the country. A funny and thrilling roller-coaster ride begins when the entire drama company designs ‘A Deadly Game plan’ and gets into the act to save the entire city from these blasts. Performing multiple roles in disguise, the characters make you go crazy and eventually, save the entire nation from the big bomb blast in hilarious slapstick climax. Its story of Losers becoming Winners… ‘Actors’ becoming ‘Heroes’. While there is a speculation that the story will be different from the other comical, we just hope we get a different dose of comedy and not the same forced one.
