Bollywood actress Ameesha’s uncle Nalin Rajni submitted a written complaint alleging trespassing and theft against her on November 25 to Deccan Gymkhana police.

Nalin claimed that after opening the apartment illegally, Amisha stole some domestic articles from the apartment, owned jointly by his brother Sunil and him. Both of them were in Nasik when the incident happened in Pune.

“When I inquired with the society watchman, I learnt that one of them was Amisha,” said Nalin.

Amisha refused to answer her phone when we tried to contact her. Later, in response to an SMS, she said, “I have been advised by my lawyers not to comment, as the matter is subjudice. Thanks.”
