Vivek OberoiA metropolitan magistrate issued a non-bailable warrant against actor Vivek Oberoi and father Suresh Oberoi on 28th July, 2011. The warrant was issued due to a check bounce of Rs 3 crore.

The complaint has been filed by Jawaharlal Agicha who acquainted with Suresh Oberoi’s relative and company’s MD Anand Oberoi and its manager Anil Lalwani.

The matter was registered in court on December 2010 but the accused were absent in court during the last three hearings since December 2010.
