After weeks of controversy and drama, Shoaib Malik finally gave Talaq (divorce) to Aayesha Siddiqui in writing, there by ending speculations of marriage, allegations and doubt on Sania-Shoaib Marraige.

Gates are now open for Shoaib Malik to marry Indian hottest Tennis star Sania Mirza. As per reports, the marriage will schedule to happen on 15th April 2010.

But what made Shoaib Malik deny the marriage in first place? Even though the media showed all eveidence of marriage of Shoaib-Ayesha, video clips showing Shoaib acknowledging that his wife is from Hyderabad (India), Shoaib constantly denied his marriage. Further, in a press conference that followed on 5th April, both Sania and Shoaib denied knowing Ayesha and marriage (check the press video here).

However, as confirmed by Dr. Babbar, a close friend of Siddiqui family, Shoaib Malik has given in writing that he is divoricing Ayesha. Probably Shoaib Malik might have discussed with his lawyers before taking this step. An FIR was filled by Siddiqui Family against Shoaib and if that had went to the court, it would have lead to more complications. So Shoaib Malik thought the easy way to end the controversy is to accept and move on.

Siddiqui family will make the Talaqnama (divorce paper) public at 3 PM IST time.
