Ek Tha Tiger broke many record at the box office, netting Rs.32.95 crore on in its opening day, it also broke the opening weekend record with collection of 57.85 crore and 143.25 crore in its extended week of nine day. It is the fastest film to cross the INR 100 crore mark, doing so within just 6 days, breaking Bodyguard's previous record of 7 days. The film made a total of 307 Crore worldwide making it the second highest-grossing Bollywood film of all time in India after 3 Idiots
