Sex And The CityWill the popular HBO series “Sex And The City” ever come back to the silver screen with the foursome wholesome of Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha? If reports from the Hollywood press are to be believed, a “Sex And The City 3” may soon be in the offering.

Speaking to the media from the New York City Ballet red carpet event, Sarah Jessica Parker, ‘Carrie’ from the popular franchisee, said that all depends on director Michael Patrick, but she is definitely not ruling out another SATC venture in the future.

The first version of the HBO series which was released in 2008 drew worldwide attention of the audiences, girls and boys loving the individual acts of Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte; the girls also setting the box office tingling. However, the second part of the franchisee, which released this year fell short of expectations; several critics writing off the ‘Sex and the City’ team as dead. Well, Sarah Jessica Parker would beg to differ. In a statement from the Lincoln Center she says that Hollywood has always remained loyal to its audience, so this time, too, if the audience shows an interest for the third version, the girls may soon get together to shoot for “Sex And The City 3”.

The 45-year-old Sarah Jessica Parker’s career graph does not boast of any other film worth speaking about, so at least ‘Carrie’ should really be waiting for the third version of “Sex And The City”, we feel! And who won’t agree that the girls are great, or probably they wouldn’t have been so popular for so many years!
