Vanessa Bryant filed for divorce from basketball star Kobe Bryant this afternoon citing ‘irreconcilable differences.’

The split coming after Vanessa stuck by her man’s side through an alleged sexual assault by Kobe in 1993 during a visit to Colorado, TMZ’s source tells, “She’s been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she’s finally had enough,” adding, “This one is the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Vanessa is asking for joint custody of their two daughters – 8-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Gianna.

They met when she was just 19, and he 21, when she was working as a backing dancer in a studio where he was recording, though that material was never released to the public.
