Hollywood’s pop sensation Taylor Swift has been named the “Most Charitable Celebrity of 2012″ by the website DoSomething.org.

The pop star, who tops the Billboard charts with her latest album “Red,” works tirelessly to help young cancer victims, she also donated $4 million to the Country Hall of Fame Museum and became the youngest person to nab the Ripple of Hope Award from the Robert F. Kennedy Center.
