Singer Rihanna got together with friends Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Chris Martin to celebrate her 24th birthday a week in advance. She chose a Barbados-themed bash for the celebrations.

The “Umbrella” hitmaker will officially turn 24 Feb 20, but she got the party started with more than 100 friends and family members in Beverly Hills, California, Feb 13, reports dailystar.co.uk.

The guests feasted on a Caribbean-style dinner as a tribute to Rihanna’s island roots, and indulged in cupcakes decorated with Barbadian flags.
