The former X Factor USA Judge Nicole Scherzinger just missed out from the wardrobe malfunction in her strapless corset dress in Beverly Hills last night.

The singer has enjoyed having the time to get her relationship back on track with racing driver Lewis Hamilton.

Apparently Lewis has expressed some concern that the star will collaborate with Simon Cowell on the X Factor USA again.

Currently Nicole is working on new music and has no plans to returning to the X Factor USA show for a second season.
