The lady is Shannon De Lima 24-year-old Venezuelan model who is also the runner-up of 2005 Miss Earth Venezuela.

Shannon is the first girl to whom Marc has been romantically linked since his very public split from J.Lo in July 2011.

The singer went public with his new relationship on Tuesday, January 3, as he re-tweeted a posting from his adopted son Chaze Muniz.
