Johnny and VanessaThe Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp has purchased a mansion in Norfolk, fuelling rumours that he is to separate with partner Vanessa Paradis.

The purchase of the English property is the strongest hint yet that Depp and Paradis are to separate.

They’re not married but they’ve been together for years and have kids together so it isn’t as easy as just breaking up.

In November last year, the couple recorded a duet of the Serge Gainsbourg track, Ballade De Melody Nelson, for an album dedicated to the late French singer.
