Actor Chris Evans admits he often looks back and is astonished by some of the mistakes he has made in his life.

“I am only 29 and I am still making mistakes left and right. I am sure there are plenty of things I have done that I didn’t even realise I was doing at the time,” contactmusic.com quoted Evans as saying.

“Now I look back and think, ‘Man, Chris, what were you thinking? That’s just inconsiderate or hurtful.’ I mean, I’m just a guy, I make mistakes all the time,” he added.

The “Captain America” actor, who has previously dated Jessica Biel and Christina Ricci also admitted he feels “guilty” about a lot of things in his life, including his eating and sleeping habits and lack of political interest.
