Actress Vidya Balan has finally admitted that she is in a relationship with UTV head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapoor.

The actress Vidya even expressed that she is certainly keen on tying the knot with Siddharth. Rumor of their alleged affair started doing the rounds when Vidya and Siddharth were spotted on a vacation in Goa.

Well, Vidya is very excited about her marriage.
