Sonam KapoorThe Dabangg fever seems to have caught the nation in a big way. While Bollywood is all set to make a sequel to Dabangg , South film industry is high on remaking the film. After Sonakshi Sinha decline to star in Tamil remake of the Hindi blockbuster ‘Dabangg’ , Sonam Kapoor is being considered.

Sonam was taking the project seriously but she has not yet signed the dotted lines. A source adds, “There was also buzz that the gorgeous South actress Kajal Aggarwal was being considered but Simbu insisted the makers to replace her with Sonam”.

The Telugu remake will star actor Pawan Kalyan and the Tamil remake will star actor Simbu.
