Smriti Irani and Sakshi Tanwar re-unit for Ekta Kapoor’s mega series “Ek Thi Naayika”.

In a unique promotional tie-up for its much awaited supernatural thriller Ek Thi Daayan, Balaji Motion Pictures is creating a mega-series titled “Ek Thi Naayika”.

Smriti and Sakshi, have become very famous in Ekta’s serials “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabi Bahu Thi” and “Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki” respectively.

Sakshi, who is currently playing the lead in ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hain’ will play a Rajasthani woman while Smriti will play a Gujarati woman in the series.

Apart from them the show also features Aamna Sharif, Mauli Ganguly, Shweta Tiwari, Kritika Kaamra, Pooja Gaur and Ankita Lokhande in the lead role.

The show will go on floors from March 9th 2013 and will air every Saturday and Sunday at 11.00 pm on Life OK channel.
