Both Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen have impressed as actors but have been outrageous in real life. While Mel Gibson’s racial slurs did not go down well with the American law, Charlie Sheen’s sex escapade with a prostitute and subsequently retaining the spot of the highest paid TV actor has mesmerized even his critics. But when it comes to declaring a winner, the Most Provocative Celebrity award of 2010 definitely goes to Lady GaGa. The singer’s claim to fame is a record number of sales and Grammy nominations, but it is her costumes and her fan following on Twitter and YouTube which are the chief attributes associated with Lady GaGa. It is true that she does not fail to capture headliones everyday and therefore Lady GaGa is the most provocative celebrity this year.
