Television actress Sayantani Ghosh is reportedly ready to play Satyawati in Swastik productions “Mahabharat”, which will soon air on Star Plus.

Mahabharata was first aired on Doordarshan in 1988 and was directed by B.R. Chopra’s son Ravi Chopra.

In the show One popular face on television, Shaheer Sheikh aka Anath of “Naya” serial is also a part of the show and he will most probability seen playing the role of Arjun.
