Chitrangada Singh will be making her television debut as a judge on NDTV Imagine’s reality show, Model Hunt Season 2, along with Milind Soman. She’s given dates for it from September 25 to October 6.

“Television has become so exciting. I like this show for its high glam quotient and
related stories fun element. It’s not profound and trying to give gyaan (lecture), I don’t care for such mentoring,” she says, pointing out that she’s playing a fashion designer in Sudhir Mishra’s New New Delhi and the show is also on the fashion industry.”

The actor says she watches TV off and on and likes to watch The Biggest Loser, What Not to Wear on Discovery Travel and Living, Splitsvilla, Roadies and Nach Baliye. “I loved Get Gorgeous too,” she says.

Singh is just getting to know the contestants on Model Hunt, learning about their background and interests. “They are all leggy beauties with great bodies. But I will go beyond the airbrushed, touched-up exteriors and try to gauge if they are comfortable with who they are or just trying to project a confident image, “ she informs. “This year the focus will be more on talent than glamour. And I promise to be fair and honest in my judgement.”
